Olathe Police Department Cleaning UP some cold cases.
Chelsea went down to headquarters today and was fingerprinted. Sargent Branyon of the Olathe Police Department, said he believes they will now be able to clean up a lot of old cold cases. He also believes Chelsea is the same girl he saw buying beer when she was only 17.
