After 20 months of living in Australia Erin and Kyle are home!! Lynn (Kyle’s mom) Scott, my mom, and I greeted them at the airport. I am so happy they are back. Erin and I did a good job of staying in touch through phone calls but it will be much better to actually get to hang out with her again!!

pig grill

Laura Beckman brought me a picture of this adorable pig grill to church on Sunday. It is awesome and perfect for me!! I would defiently learn to grill out if I owned this, and think how much cooler our “backyard” would be with this sitting in it!

The Office

Friday, April 13th, 2007

Our office is about done…for now. I am very excited about it. Scott let me paint the room a beautiful pink, along with the bathroom! I LOVE the pink. I don’t know how I could ever get sad in a room this color! I think we will hang some things on the wall that is opposite of the shelves but I am a little nervous about putting holes in the wall. We would like to get new curtains, but that is not something that has to be done right now. One day in the far future I would love to buy this desk from Pottery Barn or find a knockoff at Target. So, for now it is finished! This is the first room that we have completely moved into.

The Johnsons

ghost walk

on a picnic!

Scott & Kathy

Sarah and Chels

Scott and I went to South Carolina for spring break. We had a fantastic time with our family and laughed a lot! =) It was so nice to spend time with them. Kathy took the week off from work to be with us and Jim was able to take some time off as well! Keith and Sarah had to work but we hung out with them every evening. Keith was “sick” on Friday so he and Scott spent some quality time together at the movies watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Each day was packed full of fun. We went to downtown Charleston. It is beautiful there. We walked around the shopping area and ate at Bubba Gump’s Shrimp. We went back one evening to go on a ghost walk, which was exciting. Surprisingly, I was not scared!! Kathy and I visited Sarah at school one day.  We visted her pre-school class and had a great time.  We also went to the outlet malls, bowling, on a picnic and nice (long!) walk, scrapbooked, played games and watched movies. It was a wonderful vacation and we can’t wait to visit again!
